《冷藏 、冷凍食品物流包裝、標(biāo)志、運(yùn)輸和儲(chǔ)存》(GB/T 24616-2019)國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)于2020年3月1日正式實(shí)施。
 
  1、溫度要求
 
  冷藏食品 chilled foods
 
  在8℃以下、凍結(jié)點(diǎn)以上條件下儲(chǔ)運(yùn)及銷售的食品。
 
  冷凍食品 frozen foods
 
  在≤-18℃條件下儲(chǔ)運(yùn)及銷售的食品。

The national standard for packaging, marking, transportation and storage of refrigerated and frozen food logistics (GB/T 24616-2019) was officially implemented on March 1, 2020.
 
1. Temperature requirements
 
Chilled food chilled foods
 
Food stored, transported and sold under conditions below 8℃ and above freezing point.
 
Frozen foods
 
Food stored, transported and sold under the condition of ≤-18℃.
  2、包裝要求
 
  根據(jù)冷藏食品、冷凍食品的類型、形狀、特性及周圍環(huán)境的影響合理選擇物流包裝方案,確保冷藏食品、冷凍食品在物流過程中的質(zhì)量和衛(wèi)生安全。
包裝上至少應(yīng)注明冷藏食品、冷凍食品儲(chǔ)運(yùn)的溫度條件。

      2. Packaging requirements

  3、運(yùn)輸要求
 
  (1)運(yùn)輸冷藏食品、冷凍食品應(yīng)使用具備溫控能力的專用設(shè)備,專用設(shè)備應(yīng)防凍、隔熱保溫性能良好。
 
 ?。?)運(yùn)輸設(shè)備廂體內(nèi)應(yīng)配置具有異常報(bào)警功能的溫度自動(dòng)記錄設(shè)備,對(duì)運(yùn)輸過程中廂體內(nèi)的溫度進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測和記錄。
 
 ?。?)運(yùn)輸設(shè)備廂門處宜加裝隔溫裝置。

 3. Transportation requirements
 
(1) the transportation of refrigerated food and frozen food shall use special equipment with temperature control capability, and the special equipment shall have good anti-freezing and thermal insulation performance.
 
(2) an automatic temperature recording device with abnormal alarm function should be equipped in the transport equipment compartment to monitor and record the temperature in the compartment in real time during the transport process.

  4、溫度控制要求
 
 ?。?)運(yùn)輸過程中不應(yīng)擅自打開運(yùn)輸設(shè)備廂門及冷藏食品、冷凍食品的包裝。
 
  (2)運(yùn)輸設(shè)備廂體內(nèi)的溫度應(yīng)始終保持在冷藏食品、冷凍食品要求的范圍內(nèi)。
 
  (3)溫度自動(dòng)記錄設(shè)備的記錄間隔應(yīng)≤5min,超出允許的波動(dòng)范圍應(yīng)報(bào)警。

4. Temperature control requirements

  5、卸貨要求
 
 ?。?)卸貨區(qū)宜配備封閉式月臺(tái),并配有與運(yùn)輸車輛對(duì)接的密封裝置。
 
 ?。?)冷藏食品、冷凍食品的溫度在卸貨前應(yīng)檢測及記錄,如果檢測到的溫度不合格,應(yīng)及時(shí)通知管理人員和貨主,協(xié)商處理措施。
 
 ?。?)卸貨時(shí)應(yīng)輕搬、輕放,不應(yīng)野蠻作業(yè)及任意摔擲,不應(yīng)直接接觸地面。
 
 ?。?)卸貨期間,冷藏食品、冷凍食品中心溫度波動(dòng)幅度不應(yīng)超過其規(guī)定溫度的±3℃。
 
 ?。?)卸貨作業(yè)因故中斷時(shí),運(yùn)輸設(shè)備廂門應(yīng)立即關(guān)閉并開啟制冷系統(tǒng)。
 
 ?。?)完成作業(yè)后,應(yīng)及時(shí)對(duì)運(yùn)輸設(shè)備廂體進(jìn)行清洗、通風(fēng)、視情況消毒,并在晾干后關(guān)閉廂門。

5. Discharge requirements

(6) after the completion of the operation, the carriage body of the transport equipment shall be cleaned, ventilated and disinfected as the case may be, and the carriage door shall be closed after drying.

  6、儲(chǔ)存要求
 
 ?。?)冷藏食品、冷凍食品入庫后應(yīng)及時(shí)進(jìn)入庫位,并進(jìn)行存量記錄,內(nèi)容包括但不限于:入庫時(shí)間、入庫溫度、儲(chǔ)存期間溫度變化、庫內(nèi)的溫濕度、批號(hào)、數(shù)量、生產(chǎn)日期、保質(zhì)期、貨位標(biāo)簽和平面貨位圖,記錄應(yīng)保留至相關(guān)冷藏食品、冷凍食品保質(zhì)期后的半年。
 
  (2)庫內(nèi)溫度和相對(duì)濕度應(yīng)滿足冷藏食品、冷凍食品的儲(chǔ)存要求并保持穩(wěn)定,溫度波動(dòng)幅度不應(yīng)超過2℃。在食品進(jìn)出庫時(shí),庫內(nèi)溫度波動(dòng)幅度不應(yīng)超過±3℃。
 
 ?。?)儲(chǔ)存期間,應(yīng)定期檢測庫內(nèi)的溫度和相對(duì)濕度。庫內(nèi)溫濕度監(jiān)測裝置的記錄間隔應(yīng)≤30min,超出允許的波動(dòng)范圍應(yīng)報(bào)警。
